Mrs. Debra Green is a dedicated Classroom Support Specialist with 5 years of experience, assisting teachers across all subjects. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from California State University, Dominguez Hills. Her teaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that every student should have the opportunity to learn and grow in a way that highlights their gifts and talents, preparing them to become productive adults.

In the classroom, Mrs. Green engages students by helping them refocus on the lesson at hand and ensuring they stay aligned with the topic being taught. She encourages students' growth by guiding them to reflect on their positive goals and providing motivation when those goals are achieved.

Her favorite subjects to assist with are math and history. Mrs. Green also contributes to classroom innovation by supporting teachers with the incorporation of technology and new teaching practices.

Outside of the classroom, Mrs. Green actively contributes to her community through her involvement in the youth dance ministry at her church and serves as an advisor to the youth department. Her personal interests include dancing, crocheting, and reading.

One of Mrs. Green’s proudest moments came when a student thanked her for the encouragement and support she provided during their high school years. Her dedication to her students earned her the Everyday Hero Award, a testament to her positive impact on the school community.
